Disliked: The policy leaves off that you are over charged for incidentals until you check out.

Let down after flawless stay...

Liked: Some of the staff went the extra mile to fix identified issues.
Disliked: Hair all over the room and bathroom.Keys had to be constantly reprogrammed. TV didn't work.Rate through booking did not clearly identify that breakfast was not included.

Clean and comfortable stay in...

Liked: Every towns new and clean in appearance. Cleanliness is my biggest priority.
Disliked: There was someone in the room above (kids, I think) jumping up and down on the floor and that kept me awake for an hour or so. Not really the fault of the hotel.

I will rate the hotel...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and they would do housekeeping every day, which was nice
Disliked: The pool had too much chlorine so you were only able to stay in the pool for about 30 minutes. It was too hot and humid. I think that’s a big negative part of this hotel. The kids were excited to swim, but at the end it was very uncomfortable for them to stay in the pool for longer their skin became very irritated with so much chlorine and their eyes did too. That’s a big negative part of this hotel. I do think it’s not kid friendly is the pool.

Liked: We arrived at 8:55 pm. The restaurant closes at 9:00. The bartender and waitress, Natasha, was exceptionally welcoming and cheerful to us. Very good meal and service.
