People were so nice and valet were really nice and fast. Thank you for a great night - we will return for another stay with you.

Superb

Disappointing

Liked: The front desk manager, Kevin was very good. He tried to make us as comfortable as possible even with the strong smell of burning wood.
Disliked: The restaurant on the upper floor has a pizza oven and the smoke drifts down to all the floors. Our room had a strong smell of wood burning throughout our stay. This gave me a headache.

Liked: Location was great. Staff was superb. Check in was awful!
Disliked: The check-in time was at 3:00. We arrived at 3:10, to find a lobby full of guests waiting for housekeepjng to clean rooms We (along with everyone else) had a concert to go to, so there were young girls everywhere putting makeup on and curling their hair. We had to go elsewhere to find a restroom. After a 6 hour drive, this certainly was not welcoming. Finally, we got in our room around 420. At this point, we did not have time for dinner and had to rush to get 4 people ready in one bathroom.

Good location but not as...

Liked: Location, near many restaurants pretty, clean, very nice helpful staff
Disliked: Very hard bed, very loud a/c, If you are on the 3rd floor it's the same as the gym- extremely loud. People drop weights and it shakes your room starting at 6am. Horrible sleep. Bar closed at 10, right as concert was letting out.

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The restaurant on the top floor did not have a good variety on their menu , service was slow and for the breakfast The next morning that you have to pay for was the same experience you would get for a complementary breakfast. Same items were served. The parking was not ideal and it was not included in our stay

Would definitely be staying here...

Liked: I really liked the location downtown. Was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.

Disliked: I did not like that the parking garage attached to the hotel you had to pay for parking, it was not validated for the hotel.
