Overpriced. Could do better.
Liked: Lovely big room with comfy bed and nice shower. Very good breakfast and service. We loved sitting outside to eat in mornings. Really helpful and friendly shuttle drivers. Very close to metro line to many destinations.
Disliked: Ended up here as our first hotel was overbooked. We wanted to buy a microwave meal from lobby shop as didn't like the bar menu but fridge was broken so no meals available for our entire 4 night stay. Ran out of sausage links on our first morning and still didn't have any on day 4. Alternative was chicken sausages. Location was a little remote with no beach or shop shuttle available between 11am and 4pm or at the weekends. Bottled water in room priced at $3 but reception charged $3.50. Receptionist was argumentative when I pointed this out. Our flight was delayed and we asked if we could pay for an extra 2 hours but we were told they charge for an additional night for late check out even though the hotel was not fully booked. They did allow us to store our bags though. At $200 per night I expected better.

Disliked: The front desk is not helpful when I checked in. I made the reservation thru Booking.com , and I showed the confirmation letter to the front desk, but he said there is no reservation under my name, and refused to make the call to Booking.com. Given I'm a foreigner, I had to struggle to get the telephone number and get access to help ing desk of Booking.com, and manage to get them fix the problem between your hotel and Booking.com, it's a torture and cost me a lot of tel fare. It sucks!!

Nice room, good location, bad...
Liked: Room was nice. Location wasn?t far from everywhere I wanted to go see.
Disliked: I was made to believe my fee would Include free breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel I was told breakfast would be extra.
