Disappointed in the lack of...

Liked: Clean and good amenities
Disliked: With the exception of the breakfast staff in the restaurant, the staff was less than welcoming. Had to come back down after I checked in because my keys had not been programmed properly. When my husband asked about Happy Hour/hours of operation for the bar area the front desk staff did not give him a verbal response but instead grabbed a placard with the information and slammed it on the desk in front of him. Very rude and unprofessional. By the way, we were the only ones checking in at the time so it was NOT busy.

Great hotel but don’t eat...

Liked: Friendly staffClean
Disliked: We ordered dinner and it was terrible!!!I ordered simple chicken and veggies and everything was burned!! Black!! And the server still brought it to the table. It was terrible.
