I loved it here! I...

Liked: I loved the location of this property! This location is one of the only hotels located on this side of town in Longmont. Right across the way you have excellent food options (I love Red Frog for a morning coffee and bagel) and it was a 5 minute drive to my in laws home. If you are traveling to Longmont to see family, this is the spot to be. It is near all the new commercial spots and near most residential homes. It is also away from Main Street and the mall so it is quieter and less homeless hanging around.
Disliked: Checking in there was only one individual helping a line of 5-6 groups of people which made check in time long.

Poor, marijuana-filled room two nights...

Disliked: Both nights we stayed, our room was flooded with marijuana smoke and the customer service staff were unsympathetic and unable to do anything, saying if they did find the offending person, they would pay a fine and continue smoking marijuana like they usually do. We had our ten year old son with us also, and that didn’t matter to them. We had to leave the hotel for a few hours both nights to have a break and let the room clear of the drug smoke. They did offer a fan to blow the air around the room, or a new room late in the evening on our last night, but declined our request to stop the issue occurring, despite their no smoking policy.

Did not get any sleep...

Liked: Did not choose to eat based on the registration fiasco. Brooke at check-in lied about pool being closed at 9 pm and said that security deposit was $250 and Charged me that. When I asked directions to room she glared and said “figure it out” then stalked away.
Disliked: Registration staff Brooke should NOT be allowed to interact with the public. Truly foul behavior and attitude.

Liked: Location was perfect. Close to stores. Good view of St. Virain.
Disliked: Some of the front desk staff were incredibly rude. Not enough parking spots, taken up by trailers

Superb

Quiet, Clean, Convenient.

Liked: This is the second time I've stayed. Gym is very well equipped and clean. I love the walking trails behind the hotel. Quiet location for being so close to town.
Disliked: Don't really have any complaints. I would've liked more Tv channels outside of very basic cable.
