Great hotel but don’t eat...

Liked: Friendly staffClean
Disliked: We ordered dinner and it was terrible!!!I ordered simple chicken and veggies and everything was burned!! Black!! And the server still brought it to the table. It was terrible.

I have never stayed in...

Liked: I booked this hotel several times in the past but this stay was very different. On the second night there were two roaches on the wall that appeared to possibly have just come out of the vent on the wall. There were two front desk young ladies. One was not helpful and as she rambled on not making alot of sense she asked me "do you feel me". I then asked to be transfered to the manager. The manager did not call me or come to the phone. Apparently the manager would not be back until Monday and he would call me then. I needed immediate assistance. I would not go to another room if there are roaches in one room they will be in another chances are. The front desk lady who was atleast able to speak to me in understandable conversation said that they would refund me for the two nights I was not going to be there however I expect a full refund. Do you mean that since I did not see the roach until the second night I am only refunded for the nights I left due to the roaches? If that were the case it would be a refund for three nights not two. I took pictures as well. I have yet to see any refund. I will never be back. The service and cleanliness has changed a great deal since my last visit a few years ago. This is an awful hotel with horrible customer service. I will never be back. Just looked at the partial refund which is not for even two nights
Disliked: More professionalism and no roaches.

Liked: The hotel was nice clean accessible enjoyed the lounge area and lobby rooms were nice the only thing I would say was not great was the ability to get into Wi-Fi easily
