For a Hilton? Disappointing!!

Liked: Hotel was a good location for us for visiting family. Uber access was fast. Front desk attendant was nice and helpful. There is a deli with great bagels and excellent coffee two doors down.
Disliked: Desperate need of cleaning! Our room was, literally, right next to the noisy elevators. Opening the elevator door on floor 16 hit your nose with the smell of cigarette smoke. Our room (1601) continued the nasty smell. We didn't have enough time to change rooms due to family commitments. The room was tiny, noisy, smelly. I certainly would not return.

Liked: Room was clean, comfortable, well appointed. Staff was nice and accommodating.
Disliked: Not enough towels for a family of four. Sofa bed was noisy. Room was too tight for the configuration of the bed and sofa, had to crawl over beds to get out.

Disliked: We booked a room for four people. The room was tiny, with a foldout bed that unfolded right up to the other bed, leaving absolutely no room to maneuver. The only pillows provided were for the queen bed, not for the foldout. There was no blanket for the foldout. As we were unfolding the sofa bed, we noticed nasty (blood/urine?) stains on the underside of the mattress. We were only given towels for two people. It was not a comfortable experience

Liked: Location. It was two blocks from the Queens Plaza train stop. There were several markets and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood felt very safe. Although the hotel is on a busy intersection and near the train it was very peaceful and quiet.
Disliked: The price- It was less expensive than a hotel in Manhattan but still not inexpensive.
