Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2

Good sized, quiet and comfortable...

Liked: Hotel is easy walk to terminal 2 and 3. Beds very comfortable, it was quiet and blockout curtains good for sleeping.We found it a little difficult to locate terminal 3 - head to terminal 2 and had to ask for directions as lifts were out of order.
Disliked: Breakfast pretty basic and pricey for what it is.

Liked: Location couldn’t be better. Definitely saved us some stress in the morning trying to make our flight. Breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: Wildly overpriced. We also were the unfortunate recipients of the fire alarm going off around 10:30pm and the whole hotel had to be evacuated for about half an hour. Not a big deal, but no one ever followed up to let us know what had happened or anything.

Disappointing

Liked: It was fine - clean and comfortable, good location
Disliked: The rooftop bar was overpriced and the food was just ok. Our meal was interrupted by a fire alarm and the whole building was evacuated. Obviously we then came back to cold half eaten meals, whilst I understand the fire alarm wasn’t the staffs fault, we were quite surprised to still be charged full price for the meals!

Liked: Convenience to LHR. This was our primary purpose for choosing the hotel. However I was instantly impressed by Zane, at the Check-in area. Excellent customer service. Beyond any expectations.
Disliked: Zero!
