Good location but overpriced

Disliked: The cost is ridiculous. What you’d pay for a nice hotel in London.Restaurant food was overpriced as well. It was pretty average and we paid 73 pounds for fish and chips and chicken and chips with soft drinks. No alcohol. Eat before you get there.

Very disappointing

Disliked: The room was a disabled accessible. The shower was part of the bathroom floor with a drain. The drain did not work and most of the bathroom floor was wet. The toilet had no seat cover and was a problem. When flushed it would splash water on the seat and floor.

Liked: Location for ease and cleanliness was spot on.
Disliked: Mattress was hideous and the noise outside of the room made it hard to sleep.

Liked: The location of the hotel within the airport is wonderful when you have an early flight. It was a quality hotel.
Disliked: The price was high but when weighed against the convenience it works out.
