Liked: Check-in was smooth and friendly, and the room service was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was convenient and delicious, with a great variety. The staff went above and beyond, and they even gave my toddler a coloring book, which kept him entertained both at breakfast and on our transatlantic flight. We had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Room was clean. Staff are friendly and were very helpful in hobing me directions to get to the tube station.
Disliked: Service a bit slow in the bar (level 1) Sunday night.

Location is really the only...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Uncomfortable beds, broken plug in the sink, staff who either didn't said I don't know yo questions or gave a wrong answer. Won't stay here again would rather use the T5 one.

The convenience cannot be overstated...

Liked: Location, location, location. Bar was nice, comfortable and not stupidly expensive.
Disliked: A little expensive for the amount of time we spent there but we did have a very early start….

Disliked: This was the second time we’ve stayed there and the second time we’ve been woken up by fire drill at nightIt happened two years ago and my autistic daughter was insistent that she would never stay in same hotel again, I though “no it won’t happen this time”Well at the same time at night as two years ago, woken up by the same alarmI know that these things need to happen but it’s now 100% of the times I’ve stayed in the hotel the night before an early flight that I haven’t been able to sleep because of fire drills
