Good
Liked: Dinner was good though pricey. Location was great.
Disliked: The hotel room was expensive for the facilities.

Rested and refreshed before catching...
Liked: Location for connecting flight and took stress out of travelling to airport in the morning.
Disliked: Brief overnight stay so nothing of note

Overall, it was an enjoyable...
Liked: The free breakfast was wonderful as was the dinner I had the night before.
Disliked: I did not realize having a handicapped room would mean a shower that filled the bathroom with water.

Ideal location for my business...
Liked: Excellent proximity to Heathrow terminal 2 - only 5 minutes walk from arrivals
Disliked: Seems a little overpriced, and the restaurant ambience is a little sterile - for dinner, I decided to go with room service

Mostly had a comfortable stay...
Liked: I did not have breakfast this time as left early for the, airport terminal. Dinner was good and the Sky ways, bar great for views of the airport.
Disliked: The lighting for the bathroom mirror was not sufficiently good to apply make-up properly.

A great location for the...
Liked: I was grateful there was a restaurant on the premises for dinner so that once we settled in, we didn’t have to go out to find food. The room was very quiet - we heard nothing from outside our room - not even the planes.
Disliked: The shower controls were a tricky to figure out - despite having been exposed to several different kinds of showers in England. And, once working, the water from the overhead shower pelted like needles. Fortunately the hand-held was fine.
