Liked: Great location, staff very friendly and helpful, proximity to tube station was great and allowing early check in brilliant.

Liked: 1. Room was spacious but not extremely overcharged for the facilities. 2. Breakfast was alright for a vegetarian, 3. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Food options specially for their location can be lots better instead of the bare minimum.

Liked: the room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was particularly good, the egg station, fruit and porridge.
Disliked: nothing

Comfortable room

Liked: Great overall hotel with a comfortable room and nice views of the airport. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful.
Disliked: The lift and room access key cards - so confusing and I could almost never get the lift key card work.
