Great place to stay next...

Liked: Great location, just next to one subway station. Walking distance from the station. The property was in great shape, the room was very nice and comfortable. The best thing at the hotel is the restaurant. We had a wonderful dinner and an exceptional breakfast!!!

Disappointed for Hilton. What happened...

Liked: The room was at a quiet location. I was found a room when booking.com mis-represented the location.
Disliked: The room was not properly finished for guest use. Whilst advertised as T2/T3, it was a good distance from T3. The hotel decor was tired and overall the hotel was not worth the nightly fee.

Easy to get to and...

Liked: It was close, but not too close to Heathrow airport.
Disliked: Nothing, it’s a good, central hotel with decent links.
