Liked: Hotel was excellant easy to find and close to Heathrow airport. My room had an accessible bathroom as requested, bed very comfy, breakfast was great. Although we left earlier the check out time was 12.00 noon which was great. No rush to leave. I would recommend this hotel anyone travelling to Heathrow and if you had rented a car the return was very close and shuttle to the airport was available. Great peace of mind
Disliked: Nothing we did not like, had late dinner at the bar which was very tasty.

Liked: It was very nice having a restaurant on the premises. The location was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The subway was a block away. And the shuttle was very reasonable to take us to our terminal.
Disliked: I wish there was an ice machine available.
