Liked: Service was very pleasant. There was an altercation with a guest at check in and it made me very uncomfortable the guest started cussing at staff and my 6 year old daughter was with me. The staff remained calm, but it was an awkward exchange.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included and I regret paying for a truly terrible breakfast. The eggs to order tasted like they had been cooked in vinegar they were truly tried out and sour 2 days in a row cooked 2 different ways. The pool was absolutely freezing our lips turned blue in under 10minutes. Orders at the rooftop bar were wrong, overpriced and staff was socializing. I had to demand my card back the host that took my order was sure he gave it back until I stood there and it was found beside the register. Parking was extremely expensive.

Disliked: No public parking and had to pay for cold breakfast

The accommodations were as expected....

Liked: Easy to get around. Enjoyed the pool, breakfast and staff!
Disliked: Everything was great.

Disappointing

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean and the front desk was friendly.
Disliked: That the valet parking Puerto vehicle in a lot. It didn't belong and was unsecure and was fined. It took me more than a month to handle it because they did not want to get back with me like they said they would only timely manner
