Hilton Garden Inn Lawton-Fort Sill

Hotel was much nicer than what I was expecting; service was great; never felt rushed.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: No low points.

Liked: Staff was very interactive and friendly.
Disliked: For the rate, a free continental breakfast should be included. If you want t to charge extra for specialty items (omlettes), that’s fine but there should be a complimentary basic selection.

Great staff, old and subpar...

Liked: Excellent staff, good bar.
Disliked: The bathroom didn't feel clean. There was rust on everything metallic, including the towel racks with our (now not so) clean towels. The room was old and overall "janky" I guess? It was much below the quality I've come to expect from Hilton. Yeah, it's Lawton, but still!

Never again will I stay...

Liked: Easy to get to. Seemed in a safe location
Disliked: When I called to inquire about if they accepted pets, they neglected to tell me it was a 75 dollar nonrefundable pet fee. They also failed to mention the pool was closed , which is the only reason we choose that overpriced hotel. When I called about my dissatisfaction, I was told I would hear back from the general manager of the hotel. 30 days later, I still have not heard from him. Save your money. It’s not worth the hype and extra cost.

Great place to stay

Liked: Very clean and well maintained property. Staff was accommodating to our need to check in early which was a plus!!!
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I was not pleased with.

Will not be staying at...

Liked: The only think I liked about the stay was the location in Lawton, close to the base.
Disliked: The room was poorly maintained with rust and faulty appliances. No access to amenities that should have been open for the season. Staff was polite but unhelpful and at several instances stated to “contact corporate”
