Hilton Garden Inn Lawton-Fort Sill

Hotel was much nicer than what I was expecting; service was great; never felt rushed.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: No low points.

Horrible

Disliked: Bathroom was dirty upon arrival, “hot” water in the shower was barely warm, housekeeping did not show up during our stay, Keurig did not work; there was a storm during our first night so electricity went out, and the place didn’t have backup (i.e. generator) to supply power, also, the 1st floor was flooded after the storm.

I will not be staying...

Liked: The breakfast was not very good. The value was low and taste was below my expectations. There was only three things to choose from with the buffet. eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes.
Disliked: Staff could have been more friendly at the breakfast area. Hotel room could have been ready instead of me having to come back after 4pm to get a room
