This hotel exceeded our expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Hotel was clean; pool area and outdoor fireplace was so nice; very close to our venue (Pan American Center).
Disliked: Room service ends at 9pm.

Very nice hotel with great...

Liked: Very tidy and the decor is beautiful in the lobby. Very inviting. The reason I booked is because there are queen beds and not double beds like other hotels. Also the rooms have a fridge and microwave. Some others in town as expensive or even more expensive dont have fridge n microwave.
Disliked: The hot tub was a little dirty. Lots of debris and hairs.

Liked: Convenient. The shower head delivered a great pressure
Disliked: Toilet ran off and on for 3 days. Walls very thin could hear the person snore at night next door. First room smelled terrible and requested to be moved. 4th of July the parking lot was swarmed by non guests and they left tons of garbage behind. They were guarding the lot from the right side because we had to show our key. The left side was full of non guests and it was ungodly loud until midnight. Mostly clean. Not as good as I would have liked. A/C sounded like a dying cat when the compressor went off.

Nice Staycation

Liked: The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It hit 100 our last day and the room stayed nice and cool. The pool is beautiful and our girls had a great time.
Disliked: The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms were not full and we ran out during our stay. The website says free breakfast but it isn't free. Seems like false advertisement. We ended up going off site. I'm not paying $15.95 for a breakfast buffet of cereal and bagels.

Nice location off of Hwy...

Liked: The breakfast omelets my son and I had were delicious and better than what we get at most restaurants. You can tell that the chef really cared about his creations and our waitress was very friendly and welcoming.

Comfortable,cool,easy to get to

Liked: It was beautiful,nicely air conditioned,in a easily accessible place off the interstate
Disliked: It was a disabled room but there was no way I could get in the shower it wasn’t accessible at all Plus there were other guests hair on and in the tub ,so gross
