Hilton Garden Inn Las Cruces

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Hotel was clean; pool area and outdoor fireplace was so nice; very close to our venue (Pan American Center).
Disliked: Room service ends at 9pm.

Liked: Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff that helped with all problems and requests. Breakfast was excellent!

Liked: Love the entire facility. Great staff and wonderful pool.
Disliked: Rooms not cleaned, towels replenished nor trash collected.

Excellent location and great staff

Liked: Central location to university, shops, and restaurants. Ample parking. Complimentary coffee in the morning and plenty of room to sit and meet up with family. Didn't use the pool but looked nice. Welcomed our dog happily.
Disliked: Nothing!

Disappointing

Liked: Nice enough rooms certainly not worth the cost
Disliked: We booked here just for the heated pool, called to make sure it was working. The front desk guy even offered up on his own that it was nice and heated…. Well it was freezing. You have to pay for breakfast and it was expensive. Not at all worth it

Great stay, just too short

Liked: Even though we arrived QUITE late, the gentleman at the desk greeted us with a smile and helped us on our way quickly. Second time here...we will stay again if coming through Las Cruces!

Liked: I purchased a good burger when I arrived late in the evening, but I didn't stay to eat anything in the morning for breakfast. The staff was good.
