Disliked: Had requested 2 cribs when booking, called day of the make sure cribs would be there, was assured they would be, cribs weren't in the room and it took 30 minutes to get them there after the front desk assured me the person was on his way with them. We had a late flight with 2 babies and needed to put them down ASAP. Wouldn't allow a late check out, even though our flight was cancelled by the airline and we would have had no where to go until the next flight.
