Disliked: All inclusive breakfast was false, only 10 per person and your room was charged in order to receive a credit and you had to wait 5 to 7 business days to get the money back

VERY DISHEARTENING

Liked: When booking requested High Room, Extra pillows, Breakfast...NONE HONORED, keikeisha stated NOT @my rate, Room 215 view ROOF, not high, kids running up & down hallway, again requested pillows, would send, never arrived, ignored!! Pool was closed 85*, breakfast was buffet for $20.00 extra, pd for included, credit for $10. paid more than 10 addtn'l... As Hilton Member LAST 2 VISITS were VERY DISHEARTENING. Will reconsider next TRAVEL!!

Very good

Liked: Great location, easy access to main roads
Disliked: Loud banging noise every 8-10 seconds from above the third floor for several hours, front desk unsure of cause

Not pleasant

Liked: I paid extra 40 Dollars while booking for breakfast included option. (Their normal breakfast option was 18USD per person if not included with booking). However in the morning staff told me that breakfast is not included only 10USD per person as credit. I showed staff my booking and they said we are not responsible for third party booking commitments (in this case booking.com). It is not matter of payment, but the sour taste of ruining a trip with such nuisance. Highly disappointed both with Hilton and booking.com.

Pleasant

It sucked.

Liked: Front desk staff were amazing, they were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Bedding was dirty, air conditioning made a loud noise that came out of the vent, several times I had to walk down to the lobby to get my keys replaced because it didn't work, and housing keeping is rolling their carts up and down the halls very early at 7am. Some people still are sleeping at 8am.
