Liked: Staff professional, facility pool and gym excellent, room clean and comfortable, easy access to internet, and easy access to Knokville.
Disliked: This is the first time breakfast required a payment of $14.95 for each person. My past experiences did not include costs for breakfast, yes there was an ala carte option. This caught us off guard. The next morning we went to the waffle house.

Great stay with my daughters...

Liked: Updated, comfortable, dinner and bar, location, staff. In town for a concert and this hotel is top notch!!
Disliked: No complaints

Clean and updated, but lacking.

Liked: The room was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. It was in a convenient location.
Disliked: The a/c didn't cool very well. We like a cool room at around 63 to sleep in. The air only got down to 67 and it wasn't even a hot day. The air is also very loud and whistling coming out of the vent. The shower only has a half glass wall no door or curtain so water gets out on the floor making it slippery. Even using the provided typical cloth mat it got on the tile floor.There needs to be an overhead light in the bedroom. The small bedside reader lamps and desk lamps are not bright enough. The satellite service is very glitchy. The breakfast is expensive for what it is, especially given the price you pay for the room.

Disliked: Honestly me and my wife had no complaints! We loved it!
