Bad

Liked: Good location
Disliked: No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. AC didn’t work well. Was told I didn’t get a waterfront balcony because I booked 3rd party. Charged $50 for incidentals that I didn’t know about until I got there. Breakfast wasn’t a free continental but had to be paid for. Was told restaurant would be closed so ordered food out only to find out restaurant and bar were open

Terrible management and service

Disliked: It is really shocking how bad this hotel has gotten. We have been coming down for family reunions for many years and state here. However, this time it was so bad we have decided to switch to the Hyatt nearby or the Holiday Inn express, also nearby. First, we left five dollars for the housekeeper, and she came in, took the money and left four towels on the unmade bed. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned up, the trash cans weren’t emptied, the coffee items were not replenished… She literally did nothing but leave towels on the bed and take our money. This is never happened over many many years of traveling in many places! We then went downstairs for breakfast and it was the worst site. The food was an appetizing and limited, especially for the price so we turned around and walked out. We stopped to get a cup of coffee in the lobby And they had clearly forgotten to put the grounds in and it was like drinking hot water with residual coffee flavor. I stepped over to speak to the agent behind the counter at reception and she was playing a video game on her phone. It’s really sad to see a hotel go downhill like this…

Superb

Liked: The room view was excellent. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: When we checked in they made us wait for the room which was OK. but they never called us when it was ready.
