We will stay again when we attend an event at Longwood Gardens, because of the hospitality of the employees. There were a few minor problems with the room but again, because of the thoughtfulness, helpfulness and great attitude of the employees we enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointing hotel

Disliked: The windows do not open, the obsolete air conditioning unit cannot be controlled and is extremely noisy ruining your sleep as it constantly goes on and off during the nightVery dated hotel in need of renovations Constant deafening equipment noise in the hallway
