We will stay again when we attend an event at Longwood Gardens, because of the hospitality of the employees. There were a few minor problems with the room but again, because of the thoughtfulness, helpfulness and great attitude of the employees we enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: It wasn’t as clean as I would expect from a Hilton property and I’m the hallways and room were in need of renovations.

Disliked: Pool was closed. Put people in the connecting room next to us even tho hotel was not full. Maid tried to come in at 9:30 on the morning we were checking out.

Liked: Not much. Very standard place to sleep
Disliked: My room was poorly cleaned, dirt in many places. Staff didn’t know anything around the property. Longwood Gardens are 1 mile away, but there is no way to get there except for UBER, and Uber drivers don’t like to drive just one mile. Walking is not possible as hotel is on big highway with no sidewalks.

Liked: Breakfast food was very good. Location was convenient for a visit to Longwood Gardens.
Disliked: The televisions were not working. The front desk acknowledged they were aware and said a new cable provider was contracted and coming in some time in the near future. The breakfast was great, BUT: I paid for the breakfast as part of my package, and after a bit of convincing the front desk and the breakfast staff, my credit card was charged for the breakfast again.
