Liked: The views.
Disliked: Well, on the 2nd night, we noticed cockroaches in the bathroom, on the floor next to our bed, and around air-conditioned. We did notify the front desk, but we were not offer a different room or a discount on our last night there. They only cleaned it and we had to stay another night in that room, which we didn't have a restful sleep. There was also a spider on our bed!

Liked: Location and front staff were nice.
Disliked: We got there early. I rented 4 rooms 3 rooms were ready had to wait 1 which was suppose to beach view. Lobby is nice, but don't look up lots of cobwebs. My room locks didn't work properly. We really didn't use room service when I approached the maid to let her know all I needed was clean towels and dump the garbage. She told me to go to the front desk, she was cleaning the room right next to ours. Also, we had a slug in our room, and we had a cockroach in the bathroom. Also, the elevator was so slow that it took forever and old. I stayed there because I'm a Hilton Honors member. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. So many people were complaining in the pool area about their check-in experience.

Disliked: Fire alarm woke us up 2 nts in a row. Front desk claimed it was a moisture problem with the hotel. Room was a little shabby. Overall, hotel needed to be renovated.

Disliked: Property was not kept up well, at all! Things were just run down, rotted or rusted & old-fashioned! I even found a small cockroach coming down the wall close to the TV when we first checked in!

Disliked: It has the constant smell of ‘low tide’. The beach is dirty. The front of house staff were rude, unhelpful and had no time for customers, they were usually too busy chatting amongst themselves. They were also unhelpful when presented with problems. The cleaning staff were very friendly and pleasant though. You also have to pay $25 a day for parking.
