Liked: The room was very clean. Extremely comfortable bed. Not a spot or dirt or hair on any surface.The front desk and housekeeping staff were all friendly.Breakfast was great. Old Chicago food was awesome, and the portions were well worth the price.
Disliked: The location would be perfect if you're going to the airport, but it was a bit too far from downtown KC and several miles away from shopping, restaurants, etc.

Loved this place. Will stay...

Liked: Staff was amazing and helpful! Check in staff helped us get an earlier shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver came in an hour early for his work shift to help us. They both went beyond their normal responsibilities to assist us! We appreciated their help!!The hotel was clean and our room was spacious. Old Chicago restaurant was attached to the hotel so we didn’t have to uber anyplace. We will stay here for all our upcoming departures.
