Liked: We were surprised that breakfast was not included in our stay, as were several other guests that we observed coming into the dining area. It did not have a restaurant feel to it and appeared to be similar to the other hotels at which breakfast is included. However, our breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The decor needs updated.

Liked: Staff able to change room for second night
Disliked: No hot tub or pool. Booking.com said going under construction at later date. One of main reasons in choosing this hotel. Hilton should make sure Booking.com has correct information.

Horribly uncomfortable!!

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: The fact that they listed the room as a queen bed room and they were not. They were full sized. I called front desk they said “that’s what we consider a queen.” It should be listed as full. I would have never booked a room with full sized beds. I didn’t sleep at all and was exhausted the next day and I had a very important family event to attend. I will not be back or book a Hilton ever again! Also the air conditioning was crap. Hot the whole time.

Disliked: There was dirty furniture in the room. The sheets were stained. There were bugs alive and dead in the window. The power went out briefly. The food was terrible and although the staff tried they were simply understaffed and the inefficiency effected the quality of service and food.
