Disliked: I was not made aware that the indoor pool would be closed for painting. Very upsetting since i chose this hotel for the indoor pool

Very Clean and Comfortable Hotel...

Liked: We enjoyed a very good breakfast in the Lime & Lemon restaurant adjacent to the hotel lobby. We chose the buffet and found the food to be well prepared and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Carman, the Breakfast Manager, and her assistant were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed.Hotel Reception and Housekeeping staff were also very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything.

Great location and experience

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the building itself is beautiful. Parking was easy and we were able to always have parking close to the building.
Disliked: There was nothing that I did not like about this facility. Definitely have recommended it to others.

Liked: The fish tank was great, daughter enjoyed the elevator and it's buttons. Room was great.
Disliked: Found shoes under the sink that smelled like marijuana, gave them to the cleaning lady. Everything else was good

Liked: The staff was very courteous and helpful. I absolutely loved the location, it was extremely close to shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: I didn't like that all beers where on tap. Me personally I like bottled beers. The beer that I got served was in an inappropriate glass not a beer glass. To me it should have been a beer glass.
