The incorrect charge was taken care of by staff at the hotel. She was exceptional in her handling and resolution of the matter. Second time staying here and would stay again.

Liked: The room was very nice. Staff was professional and helpful.
Disliked: Charge on my CC which I did not incur.

Average. Snacks and the cafe were grossly overpriced.

Liked: Staff was helpful although I was given bad information from one of them.
Disliked: When we checked out we asked about the parking and we were told that there was no charge. My niece was standing next to me when I was given this information.

It was convenient to the event I attended. I probably would not go there again unless there was a similar event and even then, it would probably be worth checking out other hotels in the area.

Disliked: Shower - zero water pressure.

Great room, service, location to venue. Wonderful breakfast included. Definitely would stay there again.
