The incorrect charge was taken care of by staff at the hotel. She was exceptional in her handling and resolution of the matter. Second time staying here and would stay again.

Liked: The room was very nice. Staff was professional and helpful.
Disliked: Charge on my CC which I did not incur.

Average. Snacks and the cafe were grossly overpriced.

Liked: Staff was helpful although I was given bad information from one of them.
Disliked: When we checked out we asked about the parking and we were told that there was no charge. My niece was standing next to me when I was given this information.

It was convenient to the event I attended. I probably would not go there again unless there was a similar event and even then, it would probably be worth checking out other hotels in the area.

Liked: It was very clean.
Disliked: Shower - zero water pressure.

Great room, service, location to venue. Wonderful breakfast included. Definitely would stay there again.

Not worth $299 a night,...

Liked: Pool was pretty, front desk staff friendly, good restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Hotel is dark, dreary, worn carpets and only 1 elevator worked. The room itself…worn, beat up furnishings, dusty surfaces and window coverings, dirty bathroom, dirty shower floors and fixtures, worn carpet. And this was the “presidential suite.” Terribly disappointed. Parking garage is $20 a night, homeless people hang out around it, very scary!

Pitiful

Liked: Location is good and one staff member was nice.
Disliked: They doubled the price because of a concert that evening. They charged for parking without telling us. We killed not one, but two roaches in our shower. The shower had mold all along the base. Only one kind staff member. No breakfast included. One side of the elevator didn't work. The ice maker on our floor didn't work. It was the worst Garden Inn we've ever seen and it was double what we typically pay. This is literally the first time I have ever had to leave a bad revues for anything.
