Very disappointing

Liked: The lady at the from desk was nice.
Disliked: The site advertises room service. They do not have room service. The pool is closed and it was not listed. The floors were so dirty that we could not walk on them without shoes because our feet were black. The toilet, coffee pot and bathroom vent were all not in working order. There is what appears to be either soot of mold/ mildew on the ceiling in front of the air vent and lots of mildew on the vent it’s self. The interstate noise is so loud! Unless you are a heavy sleeper you will not be able to get any rest as there is continuous traffic that is very noisy all day and night. I would skip this hotel. There are much nicer, more reasonably priced options close to this location. Had this booking been refundable we would have left as soon as we checked in. Since we booked through a 3rd party the hotel could not offer any solutions.

Liked: Nothing to like, I was there 2 times 2 nights, no stay went well
Disliked: Avoid this hotel. First, half of the rooms are facing the interstate highway and there is no real double glazing... high noise for all night. Then, apart from one lady, the staff is not friendly, one was yelling at every one that's breakfast is not free - who would imagine it is? - instead of kindly asking for room numbers; one, saying he was a manager, wasn't rude, just ineffective.

Liked: Clean and comfortable facility.
Disliked: Part of the staff was clearly not working to make the customer happy. Changing room (the first one on the interstate was noisy) was cumbersome; on the second day, the person at the breakfast welcomed me and my colleagues with "it's not free", the breakfast was overcharged, etc.

Liked: We had late check in but immediately greeted and complimented by reception. Quick check-in. I felt safe and quick access from our room to our car. I love that they had a microwave AND a small fridge in our room. Loved the jetted tub.
Disliked: Didn't know how to work the air/heat bc we needed to adjust due to jacuzzi tub.
