Disliked: I paid for the king room with a whirlpool and breakfast, and neither the whirlpool or breakfast was included as the front desk clerk stated that it was a mistake by booking.com

Liked: I didn’t eat breakfast. The facility is in a good location.
Disliked: The chairs in the room were torn and needed to be replaced. The shower wasn’t very clean. I know you can’t satisfy everyone to their expectations, but what I‘ve said are minor fixtures. That will improve your overall quality for your guests.
