For the price I pay...

Liked: Check in from 10:00 to 6:00 a.m. there was no water in my room. Room was very dark and the food was overpriced
Disliked: No running water couldn't shower

Exceptional

Great hotel with friendly helpful...

Liked: The property is wonderful.
Disliked: I love the location that is near food and retail.

All in all we had...

Liked: Loved the location! The staff was very friendly
Disliked: Didn’t like that it took us telling staff to clean room. Take trash, used towels and to get new towels. Didn’t like the breakfast was so expensive.

Poor

Liked: There were dirty pool towels everywhere, the next day. We didn’t know what to do at breakfast, didn’t know body tell us where to go, then we get the breakfast buffet and it was cereal, old fruit, bacon wasn’t done, and barley any on the pan. All the staff need to smile more and be more welcoming to the guest. Probably won’t be back at the hotel. The beds were comfy though and the guy aka( he said he a dj) that worked Saturday night was awesome, funny, and nice.
Disliked: Paid 344 for one night and will not be back.

A Pleasant Stay

Liked: The facility, the staff, the view and the breakfast.
Disliked: I am old school. The bath/shower combo needed a demonstration by a staff.
