Disappointing

Liked: Location, bed, wifi
Disliked: Room was not cleaned properly the entire stay. Reported few missing items 2 times to even to Rossie the manager but never heard back.

Good location for SNA.

Liked: Location close to airport. Easy to navigate
Disliked: Should not have to pay for parking. You pay enough for the room. Parking should be included.

Desk clerks who couldn’t answer...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Desk clerks were rude and not helpful. No resturants close just Hiltons overcharged restaurant.

Really nice, clean, comfortable basic...

Liked: Very central and practical location close to major roads, 405/5, John Wayne airport, and shopping/food. Easy parking. Easy in and out, access.
Disliked: The shower water pressure was absolutely pathetic. I don’t get the Irvine hotel parking fees - weird - this is one of the worse ones - $30 per night!! Come on.
