Not that impress

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Too expensive. You have to pay for breakfast $28 bucks per plate. Hallways in hotel to Hot. Owner keeps the air off. The hotel carries the name Hilton. But it's not a Hilton hotel.

Numerous issues added up to...

Liked: It was the closest hotel near our family weekend outing
Disliked: When booking, we specifically requested a quiet room on an upper floor away from elevators and high-traffic areas. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were given a room directly across from the elevator and next to the pool—exactly what we had hoped to avoid. The front desk staff wasn’t rude, but gave off a vibe of disinterest, like they were ready to be done for the day.The room itself had several issues: the refrigerator wasn’t working, there was no remote for the TV, and the Keurig pods were all used. We requested fresh coffee pods, but they never arrived. Thankfully, we had a cooler for essentials and grabbed coffee elsewhere the next morning.For a stay that cost a couple hundred dollars per night, we expected a higher standard of service and attention to detail. While none of the issues were major on their own, together they added up to a frustrating experience

Disliked: Needed wheelchair assistance but you had none available. Also would have liked a tub in our room.

Horrible experience from bad customer...

Liked: Nothing we’ve stayed at other Hilton hotel properties and this was nothing like a Hilton
Disliked: Everything , from expired permits on elevators to foul smell coming from water faucet in bathroom of room.

Elegant property with clean rooms...

Liked: Elegant property with clean rooms and good value. Joanne, the receptionist, was very kind and professional, and went out of her way to accommodate our needs! She's excellent!
Disliked: A different receptionist (woman) on the Monday night shift was very disrespectful and inattentive, and also offered no acknowledgement or greeting on another occasion.
