10/10 would stay here again...
Liked: Rooms were very clean, food was great, poil/spa was clean.
Disliked: Parking situation was weird but I understand why

Fine, but I believe Hilton...
Disliked: When I checked in, the booking service had made a mistake. My first name was listed twice. The front desk clerk treated me as if I had the wrong hotel, and handed me back my id. The signal was that I should be more careful and not waste his time. I had to show my conf number which solved the problem.As a front desk clerk myself once, I know that a little check would have alerted him of the mistake. All bookings are listed for the clerks who would have expected a Kevin to show up at a given time. I gave my customers the benefit of the doubt. This clerk could not care less.

Great hotel... front desk employee...
Liked: I love Hilton Garden Inn hotels. My husband and I stay in them when there is one near by our destination. Spacious, clean and comfortable. 5 stars!!
Disliked: I flew in from NC to be with my daughter who had major surgery at the hospital nearby. I made my reservation weeks before.When making the reservation for my daughter-in-law directly with the hotel front desk, because she was not aware that she could not stay overnight in my daughter's hospital room each evening due to Covid restrictions and hospital protocol, it was an absolute "train wreck"!!!!?What should have taken less than ten minutes, took over 25 minutes. I asked for three nights for her. He only put in for one night. It took me four times to get that right with him. Because we were there for my daughter who will be in the hospital for four days, I knew there was a special discounted rate. The employee didn't know about it, asked what hospital she was in...right down the street, btw, and offered me the nightly rate $20 higher than what I was paying. FINALLY, I got the discounted rateThen, giving him my address and phone number was another disaster. Next, entering my credit card. OMG...it took him two times, then he forgot to put in the expiration date, telling me that my card was bad. Uggggg. Finally got that straight. Then....three times to get my email entered in correctly. I wasn't going to end the call until I received the confirmation. I plan to speak with the hotel manager about all of this. Unacceptable! I was exhausted after getting up at 5:00AM to be at the hospital by 6:15AM for my daughter's very long surgery.
