Would not stay again
Liked: I liked the easy access to WiFi
Disliked: The room?s smelled horrible, like old dirty basement

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Handicapped access room due to crutches - cant get in shower no seat and tiles/caulking dirty and molded, fire alarm just before midnight and another guest helped me get down the stairs. Slipped on wet tile on crutches coming in the door to check in. One person working counter with 5 people social distanced to the entrance in line. Paid less downtown on Market St Indy for much better accommodations - same brand.

Liked: They only offered breakfast in a bag so I didn?t eat breakfast on the hotel property
Disliked: The poop was t opened and they didn?t serve the free breakfast that they offered online

Liked: The staff were very friendly and professional. The room had a beautiful set up.
Disliked: When we called booking we asked them to check and make sure that the hotel amenities were available, preferably the pool and restaurants. Because that was the whole nature of our family trip. Thinking we had found a place we can do everything at. Instead we ended up paying extra at at Coney Island for the family to enjoy their vacation. She put us on hold as if she was checking and came back and said yes, I asked are you sure she stated she was certain. When we got here, nothing was available for even the hot breakfast which it still displayed as available, and that she even confirmed. I?m not sure why the room is still full price when what you are paying for is not being offered. Due to the fact that I felt like I was being cheated out of my money we only ended up staying here one night and booking some where else and not through booking.com. I had a river view which was part of a construction site. The room smelled of moisture. So I asked if someone could come and spray, in which they did but it did not work. The living room remote was not in the room so we had to wait 45 mins for someone to bring it up. I went down to get it but The maintenance man had it and he was somewhere in the building. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan or window in the bathroom. Your 3rd party sites should have the correct information because it can ruin a whole family vacation. Because the children we brought were teenagers now they have this bad stigma in their head that they will never stay at a Embassy hotel because it?s not what they say it is. You should also post online the things that?s actually not offered. Not a general statement stating during COVID-19 somethings may be altered at some hotels. Because even after considering that, that?s why we called and they sold us a bunch of lies. And there should be phone numbers where we can call directly to the hotel. Because then we would have been given the correct information.

Liked: Friendly but overworked staff
Disliked: Tv went out, cleaning service did not show to make bed or provide us with clean linens and towels, and one of our rooms we booked was not available.

Excellent except for corroded plumbing
Disliked: Shower control was frozen and very difficult to open; my wife could not open it at all to get it started. Hard water corrosion not checked.
