Over priced , terrible customer...
Disliked: Woksn up at 9 am when sick and check out time was NOON , ASKING 4 Times between 2 people about rates for 60-90 days min after paying $232 for standard room I see t 12 hours In . It was like they didnt care about that 15k sale. Very dissatisfied

Liked: I liked the convenience of the hotel being right on/ off the expressway! I also liked the staff other than the front desk miscommunication.
Disliked: I did NOT like that the front desk attendant (red hair lady) questioned me about a call she received for a guest in a specific room number, while i was on my way to breakfast. She asked my name and room number and advised me that she thought I was with the party mentioned on her call, which I feel was very unprofessional. The 2nd interaction with this front desk attendant was actually while I was waiting on my breakfast order (I paid for 2 breakfast meals with my room), she advised the dining room attendant that I hadn't paid for breakfast, without checking in the system, which made me feel very uncomfortable because the interaction occurred in the middle of the dining room, in front of other guest! It was suggested to me that I sit my plate down to handle the matter at the front desk. After following the front desk attendant (red head lady) BACK to the front desk to verify that I had actually paid for my meal (2 of them) I retrieved my food, of which the nice chef kept warm, and did not return for my 2nd meal d to the way I was treated. My ENTIRE encounter with this lady could've and should've been more professional and less stressful, especially since I was a PAYING CUSTOMER and the fact that I've frequented Hilton properties, several times, prior to my experience this visit! My 3rd issue with this property was the fact that I was charged 3 times for the same room. My prior experience with the Hilton, is that I make my reservation, at check in, I am charged a fee for incidentals, then finally pay for my entire stay at check out. For some reason, this hotel charged me the expected hold for incidentals, as well as charged my account for a 4 day stay opposed to the 2 day stay I had utilized. Prior to check out, the manager corrected the charges, and advised my room charges were satisfied and gave me a receipt; 2 days later, my account was charged AGAIN for $400+ dollars (which was the total of 4 nights...

Will not be returning to...
Liked: Pleasant check-in and breakfast experience but breakfast omelet was just okay
Disliked: Wanted to Oder dinner in the room at 9:30pm and no one picked up the phone when we called room service - twice. Also, came back to the room at 5pm on Sunday (stayed 3 nights) and the room had not been made. Too, the TV remote was questionable.

Disliked: I was so disappointed I had to WAIT for 1.5 hours to get a room after arriving. I did have a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds. The front desk told me that they had overbooked and would try and find me a room. At first she asked if I would take a room with one bed and I said NO, I had 2 adults and 2 children, They did not have my room prepared at 7:30pm so it took them 1.5 hours to find someone to clean a room so we could use it. I would say that the room did not meet my expectations as when I stay at a Hilton Garden Inn!!! in the morning I asked to speak to the manager about the situation and the front desk said that she would give her my information and she would call me. I still have not received that call!!!
