Great place to be!

Liked: The staff was wonderful. And they explained everything very clearly. I will stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing really.

I will never stay here...

Liked: The price wasn't terrible.
Disliked: First they struggled to look up our booking. Then, when they finally found it, they gave us a key to an occupied room! In addition, the entire place was being renovated and was very loud making it hard to sleep.

This stay was disappointing.

Disliked: The receptionist who checked us in was very rude. The hotel was under construction, which we weren’t aware of. The hotel doesn’t have a hot tub but its shown in the photos. Which was one of the reasons we booked. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn’t issue one, so we just stayed. Our room door didn’t lock. Breakfast was cold. That morning, hotel staff just opens our room door. We had the “no, thank you” sign up and he still opens our room door. Of course i scream and he closes the door back. After this happened we checked out. I let the front desk know what happened but they didn’t seen concerned.

Liked: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: When I booked, it said nothing about having to pay for parking which was $5 extra. Also, the hotel was under major construction which was also not disclosed. It was very dusty and I would not have booked had I known.

Liked: The way the rooms are looking since they remodel
Disliked: The old furniture all over parking lot my power went out and no generator the smoke detectors went off and woke me due to construction the manager was great but other staff were rude
