Disappointing

Liked: Location was perfect. Hot tube, pool was nice. People nice, rooms were clean
Disliked: When I checked in, they said that I didn't reservations. They couldn't figure out how to look up a reservations. Some similar staff had a finally helped. Computers were down, people's room keys were working people waiting in line for hours to check in.
