No hot tub anymore, needs...

Liked: It was very nice and clean.
Disliked: Our jet tub could not fill up because the drain was broken. The people on our hall were so loud and noisy we heard them several times in the evening. The website shows a hot tub but it is no longer available and is just a sitting Are.

Disliked: Staff wasn’t helpful with issue that arose and didn’t seem to have interest in helping resolve it

Clean room that is convenient...

Liked: Easy to park, restaurant on site, quiet, lots of amenities:ironing board, coffee maker, microwave, hair drier.
Disliked: Damp odor in cooling system. Shower diverter not working properly.

Liked: The staff was amazing especially the front desk attendant Saturday and Sunday morning. The waitress from Saturday and Sunday morning and Saturday evening were great too. The hotel was bright, clean and close to activities.
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress was horrible.

Liked: The staff was beyond helpful. Each staff member was extremely friendly and pleasant! Everyone especially the front desk attendant from Saturday and Sunday morning and the waitresses from Saturday and Sunday morning and evening!
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress was horrible, the mattress was busted and the inside material was brown. I had to request extra linen to have my son feel comfortable. I had maintenance take a look and I was told a new sofa bed would need to be purchased the mattress was unable to be changed.
