Good

Liked: The hotel was beautiful , clean plus food was delicious
Disliked: The receptionist never made eye contact with me while communicating, and then she tossed my ID and the room card on the counter. Tall white lady with glasses. Working around 8 pm. This is not acceptable. Respect was given.

Indy airport stay

Liked: The free airport shuttle. The common areas were nice. The gym was small but clean and functional. I liked that there was a restaurant on site. I liked the free parking.
Disliked: I wasn't told on check in that housekeeping would be every other day. The food and drink from the on site restaurant was expensive and mediocre. The coffee and "hot water" in the lobby was not always hot. The rooms were dated while the common areas looked updated.
