We checked out at 8:30...

Liked: We did not eat breakfast at the facility.
Disliked: Was not a wow... The facility need a remodel. Their computer system was down& desk attendant took us to our room & opened the door. We were informed that a key would be delivered to us when the computer is up. Almost 2 hours later an emergency key was brought to our room.

Liked: Spacious room, cafe style breakfast was great, bed was great.
Disliked: It was not easy to find without gps

Adequate but nothing to write...

Liked: One of the reasons I picked the Garden Inn was they had breakfast and dinner or so they claimed a restaurant. Breakfast was awkward with very limited selection but was adequate. The staff seemed nice but not really capable of changing anything for the better. The rooms were pretty good and clean but the coffee selection was very limited and I had to go down to the desk to get refills. The shower worked well along with the rest of the bathroom. The airconditioner worked well too.
Disliked: When I went to dinner there was no food according to the staff it was not being delivered and this appeared to be the standard for the Hotel. Evidently is was permanently closed. Also the elevators although functional appeared to be quite beat up with holes in the top of the doors and at the bottom floor tape was being used to hold the access panel onto the wall. It looked like the hotel was suffering profitability issues and everything was being minimized to control expenses.

Nice place. Easy in, easy...

Liked: It was conveniently located between the Von Braun center and the subdivision that my granddaughter lives in. I was in Huntsville for graduation.
Disliked: Free breakfast
