Amazing

Liked: It was amazing. My family and i had booked several rooms. It was for a wedding in our family. We had a pet and needed to check in early for the pet an hour before check-in time. The lady at the front desk was amazing. She got us into a room for the pet and was super nice to us and she felt like family to us.

Liked: I couldn't believe what we found in our room. The heat/air unit has some kind of silver tape all the way around it and when we looked under it there were over 30 dead ladybugs. The unit wasn't sealed and they were coming in from outside. The 5 year old looked under the bed and there were many under there as well. We knew we saw some live ones on the wall but no idea how bad it was. I have never had such a bad experience at Hilton before.
