Mark, visiting Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion
The manager and the front desk were awesome. We had some serious issues and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They also fixed a problem with my Hilton account that has been ongoing for years. I will now start booking hotels again with the Hilton group because of the actions of the staff at this hotel. They have made a huge difference.

We left our concert T-shirts in the room when we left. Management was on it we had a quick response and T-shirts were returned in no time. Thank you again.

Disappointing
Liked: Lemon iced water in reception was good
Disliked: Rooms were tired No shade for pool. Towels old and stained for pool. Staff generally uninterested, more interested in their phones than customer service. Bill wrong was corrected when pointed out but no apology for over charge.

The facility was beautiful, clean...
Liked: It was so nice and clean! Very convenient with stores and restaurants within walking distance!

Nice people but fraught with...
Liked: Staff were pleasant and helpful when there were hiccups.
Disliked: The value of the breakfast was not worth the offering. I could have gone to any other hotel and received the same fare as a free continental breakfast. Additionally, we encountered numerous glitches such as wrong room, missing breakfast vouchers and staff attempting to charge us for the mediocre breakfast. As stated above, the staff was gracious, but the lack of organization and attention to detail was noticed.

Liked: I liked the location b/c we attended a concert the wad walking distance .
Disliked: When I got there to check in, I had forgotten my driver's license, but I did have it on my save Wallet on my phone, which I had never had any issues showing anywhere I stayed at. Anyway, the lady gave me a hard time and asked if she could transfer information to my husband name, and she really didn't want to help, but a nice Hispanic lady did help me. The only thing about the room was it really had an old smell, but it was very clean.
