The manager and the front desk were awesome. We had some serious issues and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They also fixed a problem with my Hilton account that has been ongoing for years. I will now start booking hotels again with the Hilton group because of the actions of the staff at this hotel. They have made a huge difference.

We left our concert T-shirts in the room when we left. Management was on it we had a quick response and T-shirts were returned in no time. Thank you again.

Disliked: No hot water in shower two days. After notifying the front desk, third day resulted in scalding hot only. Was told to call the manager next business day, did so and have not been able To reach management to resolve concerns.
