The manager and the front desk were awesome. We had some serious issues and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They also fixed a problem with my Hilton account that has been ongoing for years. I will now start booking hotels again with the Hilton group because of the actions of the staff at this hotel. They have made a huge difference.

We left our concert T-shirts in the room when we left. Management was on it we had a quick response and T-shirts were returned in no time. Thank you again.

Disliked: The reservation was for 2 adults 2 beds $571.00 aprox by Booking.com and we have to wait to clean the bedroom because they don?t have available nothing. Finally the receptionist told us your room is ready!We was exhausted for the trip, weather and waiting .We notice is only one bed but because is late and tired, we decide to sleep there.At the end they charge us $ 847.55 because includes a sofa bed but we didn?t ask for it .We only ask for our reservation for 2 adults 2 beds, Can you please review and give us the correspondent credit.

Good stay, would have slept...
Liked: The size of the room was excellent. 2 queen size beds were perfect for my wife and myself plus our two kids (6&9)
Disliked: I prefer thicker and firmer pillows. the pillows at the hotel were very thin and too soft.
