Liked: Great location for access to Galleria Mall area. Nice building, very pleasant reception area, very nice and tidy room, really helpful/friendly staff. Would happily stay there again.

Liked: Was under a 25USD Hotel credit which was to given by hotel to me but I did not receive it.
Disliked: The credit of USD 25 as per my booking was not given.

Disappointing

Liked: Forgot brothers name,but he went above and beyond to get us a different room when I showed concerns of ours having a foul odor.Only one elevator was working at the time,our first room smelled terrible (Mop water) like.

Disliked: The room had practically no lighting other than 2 sets of wall sconces and 2 lamps. The only fully lit room was the bathroom.I thought maybe that the light had gone out but upon further inspection I realized the room actually had no main source of light, the design was a permanently dim and low light environment. This was ridiculous to find out.
