Liked: Location
Disliked: Air conditioning system, was horrible cold, it took too much time to make the room warm. I don’t understand the Texas standards of the room temperature inside , when outside its cold.

Liked: Great staff from the people at the front desk to the shuttle drivers, everyone was friendly and helpful
Disliked: room water temperature adjustment wasn't very good

Disliked: The lady at the breakfast steered everyone away from the continental breakfast to make a sale at the restaurant. Very uncomfortable. Made it seem like you couldn’t get the free breakfast.

Disliked: Refrigerator didn't work and we needed to store food and beverages.

The hotel suited my needs,...

Liked: The location was right for my stay, to visit clients in different areas, also close to the airport for ease. The breakfast was disappionting, not much selection.
Disliked: The swimming pool was not working, very disappointing. Leaving early for meetings there was no coffee to go.
