GOOD and BAD

Liked: The service at the restaurant from the staff (one waitress and one cook) was excellent! The bar/lobby was crowded from cancelled flights and these two ladies worked non-stop to ensure that we were all fed beyond the 10 pm closing time. Front desk was very patient with me when the third party booking company would not pay the hotel and one room had to be cancelled. She remained professional but I also felt punished for Hilton - Booking.com technical errors. The room should have been comped.
Disliked: The thermostats could not be lowered below 68 degrees and I could hear my neighbors alarm go off at midnight that woke me and later could hear their television. No excuse for this in a Hilton.
