Overall the stay was nice...

Liked: We liked the location, the price and the fact that the room had a microwave and refrigerator. We only stayed one night. So, we did not experience housekeeping.

Liked: I traveled to see Beyonce's Cowboy Carter tour. I just needed a quick hotel for a 2 day stay so I wasn't looking for perfection but I was pleased when I walked in the lobby and it was nicer than I expected.
Disliked: I came down for breakfast and expected to have to purchase food at the bar or restaurant and they had breakfast set up so I began making a plate. A female staff member then asked me for my room #, without excusing herself (I was on the phone) and the brought me a receipt and said "I need you to sign this". It was an $19 bill for breakfast. Because I was on the phone, I didn't get to correct her like I wanted to but I wanted to tell her it was a better way she could approach guests regarding their tab. I was fine paying for the extra charge but when I checked out, it ended up being included so there were no additional fees but still. Alexander checked me in and he was SO PLEASANT and friendly.

Liked: The front staff was very nice
Disliked: The housekeeping was impatient and didn’t clean my room due to me not leaving until after 10pm the first day. The last day they knock on my door before checkout time which was 12pm

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service.
Disliked: I was under the impression that breakfast was included with our stay but it was not. More than likely it was an oversight on my part.
