We only stayed one night...

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The commode kept running and finally I fixed it.The carpet was damp.

Front office staff unpleasant and...

Liked: The breakfast was fair, the valet staff was amazing as well as house keeping .
Disliked: The front office staff were rude and extremely unprofessional as well as unpleasant . Particularly the check staff during the am hours of check out on August 4th 2025 at 9:00am . We waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes while the front office clerk spoke on the phone and completely ignored us as well as other customers.

Wonderful!

Liked: The location was excellent. One block from River Street, such a short walk. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was amazing. Jameria and Polina were so helpful and kind. We definitely want to make another trip to this hotel.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay....

Liked: The breakfast was good. You can also order from the menu. The location is awesome
Disliked: The valet parking was $48.00 per night. I thought was too much. I think the hotel should suggestion parking options for their guest.
