Bad, poor, rude staff

Disliked: A screaming child at midnight that the staff said was not a problem. It was so bad I called the front desk and was told the child was a little upset. Waking many people on floor four and looking in the hallway thinking something bad was happening. If the child was screaming like this at the front desk the staff should had turned the customers away.
