Increased security for the concert weekend was unnecessary - they were rude and tried to act hard towards hotel customers for no reason.

Liked: Other staff great and hotel clean.

Needs some updating & improvements.

Liked: The staff were very good, the workout room was useful.
Disliked: The hot tub was broken & I wouldn’t use the indoor pool the water was cloudy & nobody used it. The room smelled like mildew due to insufficient ventilation from the bathroom. The tub was passed its time to be replaced & all the extra silicone around it doesn’t look good. Actually had some type of centipede & a spider hanging out around the tub. The fire alarm was activated on the night of 8/14/25 & I was on the 1st floor & asleep & couldn’t really hear the msg telling occupants to evacuate, I had no ideal the alarm was activated. The final cost wasn’t as advertised (ad stated actual cost) it was a whole lot more after all the parking & taxes were added & the cost increase for Friday night vs the other nights.

Comfortable and pleasant

Liked: room was comfortable for the 3 of us
Disliked: I had checked in and paid for the room and the incidentals fee. When my friend got there to get her key, she also had to give a credit card for the fee. I don't think that should have been charged twice.

Disliked: - AC controller does not work, LED light does not show temperature.- Out of shower gel. The hotel did not have extra to refill.
