Liked: The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm always skeptical about hotels, so I was glad I picked the Hilton Garden Inn. Enjoyed my stay. When you book through Booking.com breakfast is included. Otherwise it is $ 15.

Liked: The lady at the bar was extremely kind & helpful the night if feb 24 and the lady the next morning at breakfast was also very polite !!!! They are what your company should represent at all times ☺️
Disliked: I didn’t like that front desk called to me demanding that I get my 1 year old under control. She said the guests down below us complained. I explained to her that I do have 2 small kids being kids. They were not climbing walls, jumping off the beds, etc. I feel like the guest below me was overvalued over me because I have2 small children which is discrimination in my eyes. I would not recommend anyone with small kids to stay here and I will not be back whenever I visit Gulfport which is at least 4 times a year! The lady at the front desk on the evening of feb 24 was a bit of unpleasant! She was at work the next morning when my family I checked out. She gave me a funny look with no greeting! I def WILL not be back !!! Also, the room wasn’t giving “Hilton”. It kind of gave vibes of a motel. I definitely expected more especially paying $193 for a room for 1 night !!
