Liked: The room was very clean! It smelled clean! The customer service front desk Byron and his kitchen and bar staff were amazing and welcoming also Very professional

Liked: The property was fine, I’ve stayed many times.
Disliked: The staff member Byron was totally rude on two occasions. First when I misbooked my stay he kept repeating himself over and over that he couldn’t help me as if I didn’t understand what he was explaining, which I did.Second, I called late in the evening to get the times of the shuttle pick up and he said “Hilton has no shuttle” so I said bus pick up and he said “there is a difference between a shuttle and a bus”. Hilton has no bus or shuttle service.The result of the conversation was that I had to get dressed and go downstairs to see the time of the shuttle pick up at 11pm.He is a total smart mouth and completely ruined my impression that your establishment has such great hospitality, which is why I stay there twice a year.I won’t be back.
