The hotel was very good as were the staff, friendly and helpful. The only complaint was we couldn't get a meal in the hotel that day. The breakfast was very good.
Liked: The hotel is very near the venue, five minute walk.
Disliked: We couldn't get a meal in the afternoon or evening, it was full.

Pleasant night's stop with comfortable beds. Nice fluffy towels and good shower. Staff pleasant - especially Stephen in dining room at breakfast! Will certainly be back.

We stay in a lot of hotels around the country and found the hotel average. Room fine. Bathroom tiny. Dining area looks like a cafe and the meal was average at best. Breakfast was slightly better.
Liked: Easy parking. Room OK. View great looking onto the river. Bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Dining room like a cafe. Meal at night poor. Bathroom very small.

Hotel totally lovely; nice location; we had a room overlooking the river. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Would definitely stay there again.
Liked: It's location beside the venue. Staff were very helpful. Sitting outside beside the water.
Disliked: None.

Nice hotel; great location for concerts and lovely by the waterside when weather permits. They were not prepared for the amount of people because of concert, so long que for breakfast.
Liked: Lovely staff and great location.
Disliked: Stayed many times but this room 405 was by far the smallest we have ever had.

Easy parking and a few minutes walk to the concert we were going to; they saved the afternoon cream tea for when we came back to the hotel.
Liked: Excellent breakfast and spotless room with everything you need in them.
Disliked: Nothing.

Our stay was lovely, 10/10 , looking on to the river; We had 2 nights B&B. We also ate in the hotel at night - lovely food. We were going to a show and this was just next door - lovely to get away after 18 months fighting cancer. They made my stay great, thank you.
Disliked: None - staff great, it was lovely and clean.

Great hotel for attending a concert at SSE. Ideal location; good night's sleep. Didn't bother with breakfast as it was quite pricey - headed to station for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
Liked: Nice clean room; good temperature in room; good night's sleep had.
Disliked: Breakfast quite expensive.
