Disliked: I recently stayed at your property from [insert your check-in and check-out dates], and I am writing to share my concerns and request a resolution for the issues l encountered during my visit.When I arrived, I found that my room had not been cleaned after the previous guest. I spoke with front desk staff and was told this was because I arrived "too early." However, I had paid for the previous night and checked in the morning after my reservation began, so my room should have been ready and prepared for me.After being moved to a new room, I discovered that there was no hot water for the shower. I reported this to the front desk and was assured it would be fixed while I was out for the day. Unfortunately, when I returned, the problem had not been resolved, and I had to take another cold shower.
