Good

Liked: Staff were lovely.
Disliked: Breakfast was not up to standard for a very good hotel. Food quality lacking. Coffee weak, and real milk was by the cereal, not the coffee.

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: I reserved a room for our family of 4 with 2 beds, but they told me they only had a room with 1 king bed available for the 4 of us. I was still charged the amount quoted for the double bed room and would be charged even if I looked some place else...we didn't have a comfortable night!
