Definitely a top pick to...

Liked: Location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Clean rooms,
Disliked: The pool room does not have enough ventilation it is Extremely hot in there if your not getting in the water.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff,...

Liked: Walking distance to everything downtown. The rooms were nice & cozy. Seven, who was at the front desk was awesome!
Disliked: That the washer and dryer did not utilize the PayRange app to electronically pay for laundry facilities.

Very nice Gatlinburg stay -...

Liked: Included breakfast package is awesome, van do buffet or made to order!! Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Balcony is a nice touch. Nice to have a hotel with bar &/or dinner as an option (not just breakfast).
Disliked: Real nice stay but little things: New parking fee of extra $15/night was a disappointing surprise. Wish pool was outside, indoor pool is quite cold. Jacuzzi is real nice outside but needs stronger jets - most are quite faint except 1. Hope the outdoor fireplace gets fixed soon.
