Liked: The pool area looks fun and the access to the beach was very convenient. The breakfast could offer more variety of food choices but it was ok.
Disliked: I stayed at this hotel from 3/27/24 to 3/29/24 and did not have hot water during my entire stay. They only option the hotel staff gave was to check out and get another room at another hotel as they reported, everyone was experiencing this issue, which I later found out was a lie. Plus, this was a part of spring break for some people and was super busy so I didnt want to take a chance leaving this hotel and not be able to get a room on the beach, at another hotel, as I was celebrating my birthday and live in Alabama. I also ordered food one night at the hotel and they completely messed up my order. When I finally received my food, it was not good.

Disliked: N9 smoking on premises. No coffee in the breakfast area.
